Use sand paper to remove all rough spots and edges of the two plywood boards you will be working with. Make sure the rims of the boards are smooth and rounded.
2Spread wood stain over all sides of the four plywood boards using a stain and rags. Let dry and then rub a second coat over the sides again. Let dry.
3Nail the two, 1/2-by-3 ft. plywood board in between two of the 3-by-2 ft. boards, making a shelf. Nail the board about one foot from the top of the two 3-by-2 ft. boards when they are standing perpendicular to the floor. Place a level on the shelf to make sure it's even.
4Nail the remaining 3-by-2 ft. plywood board to the top of the construction to make a counter top for the dressing table.
5Cover the table with decorative accessories like scarves, a mirror, hats and jewelry.
